Saturday 31 August the first edition of the Open Limburg Double Championship was held. With 50 doubles from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany there was a lot of competition for the prizes in 3 classes. It started at 1 level with a placement round with groups of 3. After this it was split into 3 levels with groups of 6. Finally semi-finals and finals. For everyone many matches with little waiting time.
At 20:00 the last decision was made. In the end Bjorn Peeters and Guus Peeters took home the main prize. Below are the results of the 3 levels.
